Signing the Deal Over Sangria

The architect finally presented me with a budget – madre mia! More than twice the original quote! Through clenched teeth I managed a ‘Gracias, let me get back to you’.  After a healthy shot of tequila, I stumbled down to Jeffery and Maggies for some much needed consolation…and more tequila. Long story short, Jeffery is now our general contractor. I love the work he’s done at Tree Tops Bungalows, he’s built 7 houses, he and Maggie are connected up the ying-yang and he lives right down the street…I mean beach. Once again fate smiles upon us.
