The second Mexican Christmas joyfully spent with mi madre and mi hermano, Peter, or as he's know in these parts, Pedro. Adding to the festivities was the creation of my version of Latino style eggnog. That's right, I'm blowing my own horn once again...you people should be used to it by now. I rimmed the glass with agave syrup, toasted coconut, sea salt and chiles. Egg yolks, coconut cream, almond milk and a generous glug of good rum were whipped into a frenzy and topped with a festive hat of flamed meringue - ole!
