I don't know what I did in a past life, but it must have been something really good! As the newly assigned Executive Chef of Hotel Las Palmas, one of the perks of the job is, I get to stay at the hotel while our casa is under construction. It's a beautiful 10 room hotel right on the beach - gorgeous!
