The Story

In 2007 I was slated to move to Mexico were I was to help design and build a boutique hotel ( with a partner ), that would host culinary classes taught by moi…it was a dream come true.  Three weeks before my departure I received an email from said partner... that’s right an 'EMAIL', informing me that the deal was off!  I was gutted, but I got over it and moved on.  

Fast forward to 2011, I embarked on a vacation to Zihuatanejo, Mexico ( my first time ) in the company of my dear friends Kris and LD.  It was love at first sight.  Upon my return home to Vancouver mi madre and I decided to take the plunge and purchase a beach front property in Playa Blanca, Zihuatanejo.  Together we created a design for a fabuloso Culinary/Yoga retreat.


I am now residing in Mexico until the end of the year to oversee the build and live my dream.  This is our story.
